Our story

We built this place around one fire and one simple idea: the best nights happen when good food, good wine and good people share the same table. Everything here is cooked over oak and cherry wood, sourced from farms we can drive to, and served without fuss.

From the kitchen

Fire is the oldest ingredient we have.

Our chef spent a decade cooking in big-city kitchens before coming home to build something smaller and more honest. No microwaves, no gas burners on the line. Just wood, iron and patience.
